HOW DO QRkids® PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?

Your privacy is as important to us as it is to you,

That's why we go to the extra effort of 

• QRkids® has an SSL certificate, to keep your order safe while ordering with us
• The encoded information on your specially made QR we have lovingly & carefully created is with you & you only. We do not have a copy. Please don't be upset with us when you would like another exactly the same & we ask you to fill out the data again.
• We DO NOT have a data base, so you can't log in to up date.
• We DO NOT have ongoing membership fees, 
• All orders are completed entirely in house
• All staff have current Working With Children & Police Checks
• Once your order is created, the information that you have given to us to encode in your QRkids® QR code is shredded. We do not store ANY of details after order completion.
• The only details we keep are those for accounting purposes, which include the purchases name, mailing address, product/s ordered & value.
• If you have signed on for the newsletters to be kept up to date, your email address will be kept. Otherwise how will you know what amazing things we are achieving  :)
• We do not store your details after we create the card
• There is no ongoing renewal or membership cost
• ​We will NEVER sell your personal information to anyone
• We will NEVER give your information to anyone
• All orders sent in unmarked envelopes with only a return address
• All orders sent via registered post or track-able with signature (remember, it’s your identity we are striving to protect)
